(Formerly known as Tutoring)

Any student in the 1^st through 5^th grades interested in some extra study time can become a Study Buddy. Based on availability, he or she will be partnered with one of our eager 6^th, 7^th or 8^th grade Senior Buddies.   The Senior Buddy will assist your child week to week with review work. The Buddies meet in the cafeteria on Wednesday mornings before classes begin from 8:00 am to 8:25am.

Typically, parents send their children with basic material to review such as spelling words, vocabulary, math flash cards, money counting, time telling and upcoming test reviews.  These sessions are intended as extra study time and not for doing homework.

This is a great opportunity for your child to gain more academic confidence and an older friend.  The younger buddies look up to the senior buddies and really enjoy this one on one mentoring friendship!
