Mrs. Arlene Hrinkevich

Mrs. Hrinkevich is a graduate of three Catholic Schools: St. Anne’s School (Garden City, NY), Sacred Heart Academy (Hempstead, NY) and Villanova University (Villanova, PA). She received her Master of Governmental Administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Mrs. Hrinkevich developed an expertise in public sector/nonprofit finance as a municipal bond analyst at Moody’s Investors Service. During her seven years at Moody?s, she specialized in analyzing schools, municipalities, and arenas/stadiums, rising to the position of Vice President/Senior Credit Officer and member of the Public Finance Department’s Rating Committee. She has been a featured speaker at many state school business official conferences throughout the country, speaking on the topics of financial management of schools and capital planning for schools. Several years ago, Mrs. Hrinkevich formed her own consulting company, which provides public finance research to major financial companies. She holds a New Jersey teaching certificate for K-5 elementary education and K-12 Social Studies.

Mrs. Hrinkevich is currently employed by Fitch Ratings, as Director responsible for US Public Finance rating review cycle compliance. Mrs. Hrinkevich is the mother of two Holy Trinity Interparochial School students, and one HTIS alumna, and has been a member of the Holy Trinity School community for nine years. She is a Girl Scout Leader and has served as Director of the Cross Country and Spring Track Teams. She served on the Strategic Planning Committee, helping to craft Holy Trinity’s Strategic Plan. She is an active member of St. Helen?s Parish, where she has taught CCD six years. This is Mrs. Hrinkevich’s sixth year of service on the School Advisory Board and her fourth year as President of the Board.
