Holy Trinity Interparochial School Extended Day Care Program

Westfield Campus: Grades 1-8

Before Care is available from 7: 15 am to 8:15 am in the Main Lobby and After Care from 3 pm to 6 pm in the newly decorated Parish Council Room. On 12:30 Dismissal Days, After Care is available from 12:30 pm to 6pm.

Students will meet in the Front Lobby at dismissal time and be escorted by Mrs. Fernandez or Mrs. Rowe to the Parish Council Room. To pick up your child, ring the buzzer at the Watterson Street Door which is equipped with a security camera. After being buzzed into the building, proceed to the Parish Council Room and sgn your child out.

The Extended Care cost is $ 7.00/hour with a 1 hour minimum per session (am and pm sessions are separate), billed in 30 minute increments after the first hour, and a $ 10.00 annual registration fee. (After 6:00 p.m., there will be an additional charge of $3.00 for the first fifteen minutes and $5.00 for each additional fifteen minutes thereafter.) Monthly bills are issued and are due upon receipt. The registration fee will be added to the first bill.  Please make checks payable to HTIS EDC- WC.

There is no Aftercare in the Afternoon before a holiday break (before Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc).

If the school has an early dismissal due to weather or other serious emergency, there will be no aftercare. Please plan ahead and have an emergency plan in place.

If you intend on using Aftercare this year, please complete the attached registration form and send to the office ASAP.  Also, please make sure that the enclosed Family Contact Form is completed as well.
